關于最近行業市場流行我公司因臨近學校旁而不得不停止經營的不實說法，久瑞公司現作如下申明：

Regarding the widely-circulating rumor in the industry market recently that our company had to stop operating due to its proximity to the school, Jiurui Company hereby makes the following statement:

1、 久瑞不會中斷經營，將持續為客戶提供優質的產品和服務。

1、Instead of discontinuing business, Jiurui will continue to deliver high quality products and services to customers.

2、 新建而非簡單搬遷。根據張家界市政府的規劃，將興建植物提取產業園——“翠谷”，久瑞作為政府支持的入駐園區的大型企業，積極響應政府號召，計劃在園區建設一家萬噸級產能的全新自動化工廠。屆時，久瑞將成為亞洲數一的五倍子加工企業。在此期間，久瑞現有生產線將保持滿負荷生產。

2、Building a new site is not simply about relocation. “Green Valley”, the largest phytoextraction industrial park, is set to be built, as planned by Zhangjiajie Municipal Government. In response to the government’s calls, Jiurui will be the first large business with government support to appear in the park and plans to build a brand-new automated plant with capacity up to tens of thousands tons. Jiurui, by then, will become the largest gallnut processing company in Asia. From now to then, existing processing lines of Jiurui will maintain full-load operation. 

3、久瑞董事會對植物提取行業充滿信心，將依托實力雄厚的股東和管理團隊，不斷加大資金投入和研發創新，不斷提高產品質量和豐富產品結構，將久瑞打造成為植提行業數一數二的規?；髽I。
